Course Title: CS41 Aerial Tree Rigging
Prerequisites: CS30 NPTC Unit 201 Carry out maintenance of chainsaw and cutting system, Unit 202 Cross-cut timber using a chainsaw, CS31 Unit 203 Fell and process trees up to 380mm, CS38 Unit 206 Access a tree using a rope and harness, Unit 306 Carry out aerial rescue operations, CS39 Unit 308 Carry out aerial cutting of trees using a chainsaw using free-fall techniques

Equipment Required: Chainsaw Boots, Chainsaw Trousers, Helmet with Visor and Ear Defenders, Climbing Saw with maximum 15 inch guide bar, Sharpening Kit with Plug Spanner, Climbing Harness, Climbing Rope, Friction Hitch, Lanyard, Suitable Waterproof Clothing, Work Gloves - Please contact us if any of the listed equipment is not available to you as we can provide some items.
